Dr. Anna Chodos is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General and the Division of Geriatrics, both within the Department of Medicine at UCSF.

Dr. Josette Rivera - Co-Director and Education Lead

Dr. Josette Rivera is a Professor of Medicine and a clinician educator in the UCSF Division of Geriatrics.

Clara Park is the Director of Strategy for Dementia Care Aware. In this role, she is responsible for DCA’s data collection and program evaluation efforts as well as the strategic goals and direction of the program.

Dr. Gibbs is the Chief of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology and the Ronald Reagan Endowed Chair of Geriatric Medicine at University of California Irvine (UCI). As Medical Director of the UC Irvine Senior Health Center, a primary care and consultative practice, Dr. Gibbs has led the development of innovative programs to advance the delivery of care.

Dr. Segal-Gidan is currently director and of the USC/Rancho California Alzheimers Disease Center (CADC) located at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey. She is a member of the clinical and research staff with the NIH-funded USC Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC), and serves as the leader of the outreach, recruitment and education (ORE) core.
