Dana is the Website, Social Media, and Communications Manager for Dementia Care Aware. Dana has a BA in Design-Interior Architecture and a minor in Art Studio from UC Davis.

Dana’s Dementia Care Aware responsibilities include supporting the promotion and socialization of the program using existing communications channels. Updating the DCA website to keep content up-to-date and drive program engagement, sourcing and creating content and assets for social media, newsletters, website, and other communications channels. Ensuring all content and assets meet accessibility requirements, and managing general promotional communication channels to ensure information is reaching our target audience.

Outside of UCSF, Dana is an artist, graphic designer, craft instructor and is a face painter for birthday parties.

You’ll find her on the weekend hiking and exploring the foggy outdoors of San Francisco.
