Dementia Care Aware has partnered with Alzheimer’s Association, Alzheimer's Los Angeles, Alzheimer's Orange County, Rancho Research Institute, UC College of Law San Francisco, UC Irvine, UCLA Health, UCSD, and UCSF to build and promote the program as well as implement the cognitive health assessment and program framework at pilot sites.
